   me wrong alternator belt,after i notice i leave my customer to wait on street with his car disassembly and i drive quick to swap the belt. The seller ask for 3.11 pounds extra,but i didn't have my wallet and didn't accept bank transfer. very unfriendly they were not sociable after the mistake was theirs. I asked them to come back after I finished with those 3 pounds but they didn't want to. Where it's their desire to win and respect customers?! i lose time,petrol and stress and definitely i don't recomend after this bad experience!

   Came in with a question after buying my first car and not knowing a lot about cars/ parts and the Cashier was blunt and straight up rude. Didn’t once crack a smile, or engage in a conversation… acted as if he was just looking down his nose at us. Even his body language looked like he didn’t want to be serving us. Already stigma and judgement when girls, nevermind younger females want advice surrounding cars. On the other hand, there was a lovely working gent next to him, with advice and a friendly smile so thank you for that!
