   Bought an item on Amazon, prompt delivery with great coms, wasn't quite happy with the build quality so phoned their sales team, who were more than happy for me to return the item. Decided to return in person as we were going North. The two members of staff that we spoke with couldn't have been more helpful, by time we arrived at our destination we had received an email confirming that the refund had been processed and was on its way.    Donor risk buying products from this company. I bought a product via eBay. It didn’t work. They sent a return label. I followed their instructions in returning the goods but didn’t keep any receipt . They refuse to refund my money yet they must have received the goods back. Poor selkar attitude from them and eBay, if they are that concerned they should have put a tracker on the return too, the problem was cheap as was the 2nd class postage return but the fact they probably received it is clearly a handling issue that they are using to stop refunding me the money due to me

   Spent 30 minutes walking through the store to find what I need approached by two members of staff then told at the checkout they can't take card payments everything in there is cheap bad quality but over priced but it was convenient not even that anymore who carries that kind of cash around today you pass the checkout on the way in just a quick heads up could have saved me an hour total what a waste of time
