Helpful and fast service. Drive shaft supplied fit and only had to give them the reg and they sorted the rest. The part is of high quality and is identical to the OEM. Would definitely recommend driveshafts UK to a friend.

Had some issues getting the right part but credit to Bob and team, they found it for me and got it to me on time. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again.

Good company - rebuilt my 2014 Audi A6 C7 NSF driveshaft after the CV joint lunched itself. Has been good for 30,000 miles so far. A fraction of the cost of VAG replacement

Drivers side diveshaft on my 04 SL55 had an issue with a seal. They arranged collection from my local Mercedes Dealer on Friday and had it all rebuilt and back by Monday. Replacement units are NLA for my vehicle, so this service was my only option. Good old British engineering. These kinds of people need our support or one day it'll all be a forgotten trade. Highly recommended.

The nearside front outer CV joint on my Mercedes was making a lot of noise, due to a split gaiter and the resulting ingress of dirt and moisture. The Mercedes genuine part (only available as a complete driveshaft) was priced at £1200. Bob at Driveshaft UK fitted a top brand OEM quality CV joint to my driveshaft for a little under £100. Additionally, he managed to free the intermediate shaft (which was seized onto the inner CV joint) making reassembly much easier. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are driveshaft and prop shaft specialists and you can’t beat a good old fashioned specialist.

Everything was great, until it wasn't... As mentioned by another customer, refurbishments are outsourced, and Driveshaft UK won't have anything to do with it if things go wrong. After an initially great experience, I noticed that the outer CV boots that were fitted to my reconditioned driveshafts were starting to split within 500 miles (old, perished rubber). I asked an independent Porsche specialist for their opinion, who agreed in writing that they needed replacing. The garage couldn't allow for one of their ramps to be out of action for days while the driveshafts were removed and couriered back to Driveshaft UK for inspection, so I asked them to go ahead and replace the CV boots with genuine items. I'm a very reasonable person and understand that these things happen, so I asked for nothing more than a goodwill gesture towards the cost of repair. At the time, Driveshaft UK said they would replace the boots if I sent the driveshafts back, but I explained that this would have been entirely impractical and inconvenient given the circumstances. Following this and knowing that the perished CV boots had been discarded and replaced, Driveshaft UK refused to entertain any goodwill gesture whatsoever and even told me that my photos showed no evidence of anything wrong (take a look and decide for yourself). It's a real shame that it's come to this, but I can now only hope that this review (which replaces my previous 5* review) costs Driveshaft UK more in lost business than it would have if they had chosen to provide me with a small contribution towards the subsequent repair. Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

Sorted a drive shaft out for me when no one else could. Saved me around £600 compared to what Nissan wanted to charge me.

I was unable to find replacement driveshafts for my 1982 VW Scirocco Automatic. Bob came to the rescue and refurbished my 40 year old original driveshafts in under a week. He even supplied replacement CV joint bolts, grease and hub nuts. What a gentleman, very friendly, always answers the phone and emails. They look like new. Thanks Bob!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would! I sent off the broken driveshafts to them on the Monday, they had started work on them Tuesday morning and by Wednesday they were fully finished and repaired and posted back out to me. Their speedy turnaround is second to none. The person I dealt with was called Bob, he was extremely helpful, understanding and efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Bob for being a real superstar.
