Called in today to exchange some boots. The shop is beautiful and really well laid out. The customer service was excellent.
The new Stradivarius store is much bigger now and I really like it – the space is great with a wider range of clothes and styles. However, the music in the store is ridiculously loud. It feels more like a nightclub than a place to shop, which makes it uncomfortable and even gives me a headache. It honestly makes me want to leave faster instead of spending more time browsing but if the goal is to get customers out fast, it’s working. Unfortunately, I doubt they will do anything about it, but I really wish they would lower the volume.

The re-opening of this store has finally happened and it looks spacious and all the staff are always helpful. The only issue is the LOUD MUSIC they have introduced as it's not necessary but quite annoying. It's irritating when all you want to do is explore and check out the new items available, not leave with a headache , or Migraine for suffers like myself. I hope they decrease this loud music.
i saw this dress ages ago and it was so cute and my bf said he’d buy it for me so i waited but then it was gone and i was raaginngggg, went into the shop like two weeks after i last saw it and asked a lovely girl Sarah if she knew anything about it and i expected a no and to be sort of brushed off like most but Sarah immediately went off to find it and was so nice and kind - i did not expect her to get it either and she rocked up with it 5 minutes later, went to fitting rooms and tried it on, fell in LOVE and had to send my boyfriend to tills to tell her thank you - lovely customer service, fast worker, very professional and overall great staff member!
I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the store employees. While trying on clothes, I left my phone in the dressing room, remembered about it an hour later, returned to the store and did not find the phone in the dressing room, I thought someone had taken it, but it turned out that the employees found it and gave it to the cashier for storage I recommend this store, honest and responsible people work here thank you again
Bad experience with staff lying on returns, had to phone head office .... eventually sorted... might be a one of.... but one time to many for me...
Awful and will never return. Staff is rude, rolling eyes on you and walking away without any help. Manager is excatly the same. Immature and definitely need a training on people skills. Brand that really loved, but will never return until staff has actually been trained how to work in customer service environment.
Must commend the Manager in the Belfast branch today taking time to help in getting me a refund. She was exceptionally helpful. A real pleasure to deal with someone who cares about helping customers.
The selection here is amazing. The shop is beautiful and when I first went, I thought it was an expensive boutique. The price is superb. Some beautiful unusual items. Staff lovely and shop very well laid out. Definitely pay it a visit when you're I. Town.
