Avoid this place at all costs!!, after saying it would take two days it took just over a month and when agreeing the price at the start and he tried charging an extra £360 at the end of the bill!!! Awful service and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Awful service. Was told our car would take 2 days to be fixed - the car has now been with them for a month & still waiting. Always a new excuse as to why it’s not done! When we call its ’it’ll be done Wednesday’ so we call back and then it’s ’it’ll be Friday’ - and it’s just been a continuous cycle with them! Left us with no car and struggling to get to work! Still have no car and no hope it’ll be finished any time soon! FURIOUS!
I cannot thank Scotty and the Team at Millfields enough for their genuine, friendly advice and assistance and for their exceptional service. I experienced worrying issues with my car displaying numerous error messages and warning lights whilst visiting Bilston. The RAC refused to help because the car was still running and I hadn’t broken down but I had 150 miles to drive home. I phoned Millfields after reading the other outstanding Google reviews. Scotty answered and told me to come straight away. Despite being extremely busy Scotty’s Team diagnosed the problem, ordered the required part, fitted it and got me back on the road so I could get home safely. All this was done at a very reasonable and fair price! Thank you all for your tremendous, first-rate service!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Excellent customer service, I’ve taken two cars here and both times perfectly working cars again! After getting ripped off somewhere else! They offer great quotes of service, fast and reliable service! I’ve had a lot of work done from MOT, servicing,clutch, and more and everytime is perfect again no problems! Definitely reccomend thanks guys

Excellent customer service from Scotty and the whole team. Always a pleasure to visit the garage, the staff are all very polite, friendly and courteous. Offering their expert knowledge on repairs and maintenance. Not your typical money grabbers that sell you unnecessary extras, they tell you exactly what needs fixing and how much it’s going to cost, so there’s no surprises afterwards. Top bunch of gents and would always recommend them to friends and family.
What can I say, brilliant service, excellent price and helpful. I rang them at 10.30am dropped my car off at 11, then was driven back to work and my car was repaired by 15.40. Such a great service for someone who works in education. I would definitely recommend Millfield for all your repairs, MOT’s and servicing. Thank you.
