   I don’t be one for complaining or putting reviews out there but we weren’t satisfied at all with the costumer services and the suit hire at all. The service wasn’t warm and welcoming at all it was a case of come in get it on and go there was no intentions to talk or be friendly. With working in costumer services you would be more engaging with costumers. my partner tried the suit on in store we thought all was well but going wedding we ended up having to leave the wedding to go get a different suit from Matalan as the trousers kept falling down due to buckles and the waist coat buckle wouldn’t come in at all and there was 3 people trying to get these to work but “apparently they work fine” according to the store. All we wanted was our money back as we’re not satisfied costumers the suit was literally on for an hour before we had to get a different suit. £99 down for something that wasn’t worn for more than an hour , we won’t be back and will not be recommending to anyone else to use the suit hiring

   I hired suits for my wedding day from Gowdys. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Seline in particular made me feel at ease with selecting options; she was really helpful and friendly. Ray was also very accommodating and attentive. I had a groomsman flying in from America literally the day before the wedding & they were more than happy to get him sorted at short notice. The suits looked great and couldn't have been happier with the quality; all at a very reasonable cost. I am absolutely delighted that I chose Gowdys for my wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone!

   Had to pop in for final items of school uniform. We were promptly assisted and taken to the correct area. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Prices were reasonable so will be back for my own suits as well.

   I did think the delivery was expensive but I ordered school uniform on a Tuesday night an it was hand delivered the next morning am more than happy to pay extra for that kind of service. Their clothes are always of great quality I’ll now be only using them for my kids uniforms

   People running the shop were very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn't have an appointment and I needed a suited for a wedding at the same day, they went out their way and helped me find the right one out of a great selection that they had. I tried a few shops in Belfast and none compared to Gowdys. I highly recommend for great quality suits and best service!

   Needed a tux at last minute! Ray sorted be with a very nice White Label Black suit, which was much better than a tux, looked smarter and fitted better! No tux’s in my size were available at short notice. Good friendly service! 5 star!
