A great place serving the community even on a wet Sunday! The library is open and great for the littlest, plus friendly reception staff and vending machines for a coffee ☺️

Generally a positive experience, I am a common user of the campus and have been climbing there from a young age. However on certain occasions while using the facilities i have booked with a group of my friends, for reference I am an older teen, I have felt a prejudice towards groups of teens and young people. For example, on one particular evening myself and my friends rented a badminton court out for an hour. We payed at the front desk and made our own way in. While using the court however, we noticed members of staff watching us through the windows into the hall. This personaly made me and my friends feel untrusted and somewhat uncomfortable. At the end of our session, we made an effort to tidy up the area we had used and put things back into the cuboard where they belong, on attemptig to do this however a member of staff, who had been stood outside the door watching us, came to inform us that if we went into the cuboard, we would all be banned from the campus. I appreciate other young groups do misuse the campus. However, It would be appreciated by other teens to not be all generalised and prejudged by adult members of staff.

Massive space for a party and lovely clean venue. Staff very helpful. Good size carpark but a little walk to hall. Great to see solar panels in car park.

It’s a great place, I love the swimming pool, the gym, the lockers are good, the changing rooms are good enough but I do have a few issues too. All the Staff are very friendly too, mustn’t forget that, they all do a good job! Membership pricing - it’s way too expensive and the fact you only do student memberships at certain times if the year is appalling. I’m not saying that I don’t get my moneys worth, but i think they can definitely afford to do these discounts with the large sum of members they receive daily.

Second visit to the campus for monthly creative market, worth a trip. Rest of the facilities look great, espiecially climbing wall, but not tried yet

Stopped by to use the cafe. It was closed, but the self service machine was on. Well that was a mistake, I think it was one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had, more like a cup of milk.

Everything in one place, great spaces to hire. Great range of activities. Unfortunately there is no cafe.

This is mostly focused on the gym but there’s so much there and that’s a really great thing. The library is wicked and has so lush spaces to chill and read with the kids. I’d love it if the pool had amazing slides but that’s maybe a bit much to expect. We have a pool and that’s great :) The gym is amazing. It’s massive and has lots of kit. I’m sure it’s not new enough kit for some but it has everything I want and more. Never crazy busy and my intro with Toby was mega. We’re pretty luck to have Springfield.

I use the library but it's so much more than a library -- it's the best community centre I've seen in the world; and I've been to over 20 countries. The library is good, busy, full of children, old people, teens and people like me seeking a quiet place to work. The staff are helpful. The cafe does great coffee and cake but I've never tried anything else there. It's the only library I've ever heard about that has a pool in the basement, a climbing wall in the hall and a host of huge rooms down the corridor where people do kung-fu, dancing, yoga, ping pong and goodness knows what else. And it continues outside where they have two big carparks, a huge kids play area (really busy in the mornings), tennis courts and about three football pitches that are floodlit and really busy at night. Why doesn't every town have a place like this? I've never seen such good use of public money, and considering we all pay taxes (except the likes of Amazon and Facebook) why aren't there more places offering this dizzying range of services? This small town community centre is a model for the rest of the world.
