   This is about the older receptionist the others are very professional: the older receptionist seems confused and doesnt give you much confidence in what she says. you ask for information and she keeps glancing at the dentist door if it opens and incase she is not doing her job properly, its like she has no confidence in herself either.

   I just want to say a big thank you to Dr Mark, my daughter Laura and I won’t get used to her new perfect smile any time soon. He’s done an amazing job on her. Everyone is just nice and professional the receptionist is also so nice they have been so patient with us turning up late sometimes. Thank you so very much. Lydia

   I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and service my daughter has received at Bhandal Dental Practice Willenhall. Firstly, I want to say that the receptionists and front-of-house staff are always lovely, polite, and helpful, and this complaint is in no way directed at them. However, the ongoing issues with appointments and dental care are unacceptable. My daughter has not had a single successful appointment since January. Every appointment we’ve had has either been cancelled, often at the very last minute, or pushed back by several weeks, only to then be cancelled again!! This has made it impossible for her to receive consistent treatment. Her braces haven’t been adjusted since January, meaning they are currently serving no purpose and her treatment is completely on hold. We were told she needed regular adjustments, yet nothing has been done for over six months! On one of the few appointments she did attend, the dentist cut her chin and mouth, and doesn't explain what he is going to do before going ahead. This kind of rough, unexplained treatment is incredibly distressing for a child. And is making her worried about attending future appointments. In addition, the dentist is unapproachable and difficult to communicate with, making it very hard to raise concerns or ask questions. As a parent, I feel completely unheard, and it’s clear that my daughter’s needs are not being prioritised. This entire experience has been frustrating, upsetting, and frankly unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of care, especially when it comes to children's orthodontic treatment.

   I’d like to start by saying the Dentist does a fantastic job cleaning and explaining everything, he’s super friendly and he’s very gentle on my teeth. That being said, I was told I’m getting a referral to a specialist, a few months later I ask about it and he has no idea what I’m talking about. He says again he will refer me, hear nothing for months again. When I go in and ask they said they haven’t done it but will do it “today” few days later I go in to pick up a gum shield and ask again. They still haven’t done it but the lady on the desk said she will remind the Dentist and it will definitely be done “today” would you believe that I went back in today after months of not hearing anything and guess what? No referral… I wake up in pain every day, my teeth are being ground to dust and the dentist is not referring me still.

   The male dentist I saw, didn't care about any dental issues, he didn’t even fully check. He asked me what the problem was. I said to him that I think I have gum infection. He did not check my teeth properly at all, just looked at the gum and prescribed me antibiotics. I paid £26.80 to be prescribed the antibiotics with my appointment being less than a minute long. I didn't like their service at all. He spent only 1 second to check my teeth. It wasn't good service at all and definitely would not recommend.

   I've been going to this dentist for about 20 years. The recent dentist Dr Isha is the best I've ever known there! She is everything you would want - attentive, thoughtful about how you might be experiencing things, calm, professional and gives amazing results! The assistant doesn't force the vacuum into your mouth and is a calm presence. Also Julie on reception is so friendly and very helpful.

   The male dentist I saw, couldn’t care about any dental issues, didn’t even fully check, couldn’t care about his job, made a previous complaint which still hasn’t been resolved, the only good thing was the female dentist, she explained everything, and was more than willing to help. Avoid if you want to be treated like dirt!!

   Fantastic Dental practice. All the staff are very caring, friendly and patient, especially with nervous patients. Dr Isha is brilliant, explained everything as she treated me. Julie who was the dental assistant at the time,(now works on reception is also very caring, she at times even held my hand. Dr Isha gave me back my smile and confindece. Lots of my family now use the practice. Highly recommend x

   I have always been a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists. The dentist saw how nervous i was , he was absolutely brilliant checking often how i was doing, a filing without injection, felt no pain. Very highly recommended polite friendly staff and very clean practice.

   I fall onto the group of people who are normally afraid of the dentist but I ended up going here as an emergency patient as I was in pain. Got to thank the staff for an excellent experience and for sorting out my tooth in relatively short notice. The dentists who treated me were very kind and re-assuring as was the receptionist who was also fab. I had root canal and was in and out in under 30 mins. It was no where near as bad as I thought, returning for further treatment soon and hope to sign up as a regular patient in the future.
