Been calling them for 11 days to re arrange my appointment and not once have they answered. If they cant be bothered then neither will i. I wont be trying again
I booked an appointment weeks in advance and travelled over 250miles there and back only to be disappointed as they were shut! I received no prior cancellation email or call informing me of this and their opening times on google also showed them as open according to their usual working hours. I waited over an hour outside the building, hoping that someone would show up and tried ringing them several times but no one picked up. This is beyond shocking and I’m so disappointed by this experience and would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Please avoid!
Warning stay away. I have paid £1175 for treatment to date and only received my £175 periodontal treatment. They have since cancelled my last appointment and despite trying to get hold of them I'm unable to... although did get an answer after repeatedly calling where someone shouted inaudibly then hung up!?... not looking good so onto cab for advice and try and get my £ back!
I would recommend Perfect Profiles to anyone thinking of getting implants. Sanjeev and the team are so friendly,helpful and professional . All procedures were explained in depth and I never felt anxious or nervous. Three years after my procedues my implant and crowns are still awesome. Thank you so much for giving me my smile and confidence back.
I was recommended Perfect profiles Houghton Regis by a friend who couldn’t praise them enough ! My treatment was as good as a trip to the dentist gets. I had lost a bridge top front leaving a four tooth gap, not a great look ! I had my free consultation and a treatment plan was explained to me with costs and timings. I can’t say the treatment was painless but the two gentlemen that carried out the treatment were obviously good at their jobs and proceeded speedily but with sympathy and care. The final result has brought many compliments as the fixture doesn’t scream pearly white implants ! I am 100% thrilled with my new teeth. The final cost was actually slightly less than originally planned as one procedure was not ultimately required. Thank to all the friendly helpful staff. Mark H
I just want to say how thankful I am to perfect portfolio, when I had my consultation, my dentist made me feel so happy, and confident with how my treatment is going to be, he listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted and needed, I came out feeling so excited, I also want to mention Emily, she is wonderful and helped me out so much also. Excellent service from beginning to end. The staff are lovely and look after you very well. I had a sinus lift, two implants, 4 teeth. One of my implants failed shortly after fitting (it didn’t adhere well to my jaw) and this was replaced free of charge. Would highly recommend.
High quality professional service. Both my wife and I have been delighted with our implants. We traveled 40 miles to go there following a recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed. We were both quoted double the cost and more locally, but couldn't have had better service or results than Perfect Profiles delivered.
