   Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience I went to Fluers asking only for my roots to be done and face framing before my wedding. My hair had just been beautifully balayaged a month earlier (another salon that had to close its business), and I made it clear I didn’t want a full colour — just a simple touch-up. Unfortunately, the hairdresser (Fleur) didn’t listen and instead used a mocha colour all over my hair WITHOUT my permission, completely changing the tone. I walked out with hair that was literally ginger (& crying) just a week before flying out for my wedding. She did try to fix it, but that only made things worse. To make matters worse, she later told another client I know, that the result was what I had asked for, which simply isn’t true. I never requested mocha or a full recolour (this stunned me). I ended up having to go somewhere else two days later and pay again to have it corrected. Thankfully, the lovely stylist at a salon in Telford fit me in on her day off because I was so upset and in tears over how my hair looked right before my wedding. I paid full price for something I didn’t ask for and left with damaged, uneven colour that had to be redone by someone else. I only went to this salon because my usual stylist had closed her business, but I truly regret it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you want someone who listens carefully and respects your requests. P.s I have photos but I'm too embarrassed to post them, maybe I'll get the courage to do so soon.

   Such a friendly salon I always feel so relaxed whenever I come for an appointment. I see Jenika at Fleur’s who is incredible! She really listens to what you want to achieve with your hair and takes her time to make sure you leave feeling amazing. I’d highly recommend her.
