   This was my second visit to the salon. The first time I went, I was really happy with the results, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time my experience wasn’t as great. I explained that last time we played it safe with a balayage, but this time I wanted to start my journey to going blonde. When booking over the phone, I asked for a full head of highlights, as I was really clear that my goal is to eventually be blonde (and I know it can take a few sessions). I left the salon with my hair looking a little fresher, but honestly, not much lighter than when I walked in, which was disappointing. My blonde journey has not started. It just didn’t meet the expectations I had clearly shared when booking and sharing with my stylist. Update: I was invited back to rectify this misunderstanding and all I can say is the service I received was exceptional. I can confidently say that my blonde journey has started and I wouldn’t go anywhere to get my hair treatments done. Thank you for your professional service!

   Cora is fantastic! Honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been to her twice now and each time she’s nailed exactly what I wanted. She really listens, pays attention to the details, and checks in along the way to make sure you’re happy, which makes the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend her more highly! :)

   TOTALLY GOT RIPPED OFF... £175 and woke up next day and still hair does not even look highlighted ...I was quoted £145 and then suddenly asked to pay 175 for things they added without telling me of price change. I have achieved this level of colour shade myself at home..Dampened my mood for my holiday I waited years for. If you have dark hair looking to go blonde or even a vibrant highlight look light brown... seriously advisable to book elsewhere. Not even any time to correct this before my holiday and charged me £175!

   The Best Hair Salon! Friendly staff soon as you walk in! My hairdresser is Jerry and all I can say is she is absolutely amazing! I really can’t recommend her enough! Always does a fantastic job!! Hair extension pro!! My hair is in the best condition it’s been in a while with the support of Jerry! It takes me an hour to get to the salon but I never mind that as I know I always get the best service!! Kiran xx

   It was my first visit and I have to say, I was certainly "wowed". Lucy has a world of knowledge and totally understood what I wanted and needed, especially since I had a consultation with Cheree a day earlier to discuss having curls done. She cut it expertly and was lively and great to be around for that hour. She also gave good advice when asked how to take care of my upcoming perm at the end of the month. I can only highly recommend, lovely salon and great ladies and atmosphere.

   I had gone here because I was unhappy with my hair colour. I specifically did a consultation before to make sure they could do what I want. I have black hair which is hard to get the colour to lift. I know this. Having said that it was 3 different shades when I went in. And not in a good way. I wanted a pink or purple. Instead of the colour that was there. The colour we talked about was raspberry. My main concern was that it be all one colour where the bleaching was to be done. My roots were closer to baby pink. The middle still some orange/copper and the ends were definitely not pink. It was not all one colour when I left.The reason I am so upset was that the conversation was please don’t leave me with multicoloured hair. Whatever the end colour to is going to be it needs to be all one colour. If you weren’t comfortable lifting the the colour that was there it should have been said at the time of consultation. At the end it was as if she couldn’t see the multi colours. I honestly would have been better off doing it myself instead of spending £100. I would post a pick but I have colour on my hair trying to make it look slightly better

   Phoned up for an appointment and got booked in the next day. I wanted to add some layers to my hair and showed Polly what I wanted. She’s done an amazing job exactly how I’d have liked, so chuffed with how she’s styled my hair!! Managed to work with my long wavy hair and make it look so much better. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thankyou so much! Definitely recommend Polly (especially for haircut and blowdry!) :)) xx
