I visited Sorelle for a radiant glow facial and it was absolutely amazing! The most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. The team at Sorelle are always kind and welcoming. If you are able to visit, I’d definitely recommend any treatment here for a true luxury experience!
Have left messages twice to arrange an appointment no response - also went into shop to book and was unable to do so - very strange - left details for receptionist to ring me when she was in but again no response very peculiar - have been several times for treatments so am puzzled by this behaviour
I've been a client at Sorelle since it opened and have a Jessica Geleration manicure every fortnight. I also have a Crystal Clear facial which I buy as a course and save money too. They offer a wide range of treatments which I occasionally have. I love going here, it's relaxing and the welcome is always warm. The level of care and skill are exemplary and I am always pleased with the results.
I went for a Pedicure, which was given to me in a washing up bowl on the floor - not quite the tranquil foot spa experience I had in mind as I could have done that myself at home. The girl doing my pedicure was inexperienced and this was quite clear. The experience I had should have come at a 'junior' price, not full whack. Overall, disappointed.
I was booked in for a facial as a Christmas present. It was the best facial and beauty treatment experience I have ever received. The facial even included a back and scalp massage as well and the whole experience was just so relaxing. Beautiful salon and lovely staff. Will definitely return soon.
Superb qualified staff, proficient, efficient, friendly, polite. A very good array of treatments expertly applied. Ambience of the salon is warm, welcoming and friendly. Nice and clean environment.
Wonderful family ran business, the Sorelle sisters and staff cant do enough for you. All the treatments I have had have been wonderful and very relaxing. Pricing are all fair and what you would expect from a local salon. Would definitely recommend and certainly return.
