   Was let down by Sophie at the last minute (30mins before appointment time) by a phone call saying she has to reschedule the appointment for personal reasons. Even when I informed the hairstyling was booked for a Prom, all I got was a “Sorry” and I had to find an alternative place myself. Apparently all of her other staffs couldn’t fit us in. Seems a very lame excuse and very unprofessional!! I would never book again, thanks for giving us an unnecessary extra stress on what was supposed to be a beautiful experience for my daughter. Hope no others have to go through this ever!

   My favourite hairdressers and certainly not your every day salon!! Honestly worth paying the bit extra to go here. The atmosphere is relaxing, I love the salons aesthetic and the staff are so friendly. I had my hair completely dyed with Natalie and she's lovely. She was with another stylist Matthew who was nice, quirky and chatty. Both were lovely to talk to ♡ Honestly couldn't recommend anywhere else xx
