   Fantastic service on December 29th. It was extremely busy, and a young man (Jordan) was working so hard. His customer service was fantastic, even though he was getting grief from customers. He seemed to be the only person around (I think it may have been break or lunchtime). He was always polite and kept his cool. I had to mention to the manager how excellent his customer service was. If they had more like him, that shop would run smoothly. Keep up your good work, Jordan. (I don't know him; I asked his name to let the manager know how well he was doing.)

   This is about the 5th 1 star review I’ve made today and it seems like a trend between the stores that they have multiple trainers and loads of offers but very limited on sizes now I’m a size 12 and you want people to shop in store but I’ve been to over 10 places today and can’t get a size 12 and I’ve got a son who’s 15 and he’s 6ft 1 and a size 13 and still in school so I don’t even see why you don’t have any if you keep pushing people online that’s it for the stores they’re done for because I can’t even get what I want it’s utterly ridiculous who is even in charge of decision making and ordering because you must be costing yourselves thousands in revenue losing out to online shopping it’s a crying shame probably won’t even bother next time I’m done

   Worst store I’ve been to. Had us waiting for ages, a really long line formed they only had 1 person on the till when at least 4 others were walking around doing nothing. Then the person on the till was asking her manager to leave early in front of everyone how unprofessional! If I could I’d give them a ZERO

   There is a short guy with glasses and short black hairs serving me. I asked for a pair of shoes. I waited for 10 mins but I could not see him yet. So I walked around to look for him and saw him chatting with people at the entrance!! He saw me and realised he didn’t come back to me. So he finally got me the shoes with one shoe laced only!!! There is a minor dirt and I asked if he could rub it off. He said he would get me a new pair and of course he didn’t come back at all. I finally saw him in counter and he told me that is the last pair. I said okay and he just charge me a bag right away while I didn’t even need one. AMAZING customer service.

   Was told today that they wouldn't process any returns because they were too busy, and would do it tomorrow... This came from management apparently. Well I don't run a business but I'm pretty certain you'll be as busy tomorrow, with even more returns to process

   It's excellent I have a 34inch waist and was worried the entrance may be too small but was pleasantly surprised you could have got 5of me in the entrance also the floor is really flat and shiny

   I would give 0 stars if I could! After a bored looking assistant said she would fetch us our trainers to try on we waited and waited: nothing arrived and all staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid us. I then asked another assistant where the trainers might be and she said 'she would scan them' (remarkable as she didn't know which ones they were) not surprisingly the trainers did not appear appear and we left so zero sales for them. Sort out your customer service JD otherwise everyone will go on line! And jobs will be lost. Why not train your staff?
