Shop was well maintained, if slightly full, but the staff were great, friendly and helpful despite being busy.
Waited in cold wind for store to open 10 minutes late. Staff member wouldn't process return at 10.40 on a Sunday. Said I had to wait till 11am (Quoted Sunday trading laws.). Your having a laugh. I've heard bullshit but that capped everything.
Good store with a wide variety of clothing everything was quite organized and it was clean.
Visited today and wanted to try on some lovely clothes, no fitting room. What a stupid idea, many sales must be lost. I don't live in the area and wouldn't be able to return the items, or want the hassle of returning. We visit shops because we enjoy shopping and don't want to buy on line without trying. Clothes need to be tried on for size, see if they suit you, see and feel the quality of the garment. Total waste of time and annoyed. But I saved myself some money as no purchase.
Quite a large next outlet with a wide variety of items and several sections with a wide range of clothing items at discounted prices. It was very busy when we went but we didn't have to queue too long for the tills. The shop is child friendly and there was enough space to shop with a baby pram. Baby clothes were on offer, so we stocked up while we were here.

What an experience! Went to get our sons feet measured. Sized and written down, shoes chosen, wasn’t explained that we would need a fit test when measured. Jeez! The woman on the till needs some serious customer service training and cracking a smile wouldn’t go a miss.
Not a fan of Next personally, but I went in with my mum and I noticed how lovely staff are! The lady that served us greated us with a smile. Engaged in conversation and was lovely.
just now NEXT only allows 12 people in the shop at the same time, which is understandable under this difficult time, I really appreciate that. We arrived at NEXT at 4pm today, standing in the back of the line. We waited for 47 minutes, which was 13 minutes before closing the store, and the lady informed us that we would not be allowed to go shopping. I am very disappointed. Since you allow us to queue up as the last guest, you should arrange for us to complete the shopping. I fully understand that the merchants are facing a difficult moment, and they do not have much experience on it. However I hope NEXT could do it better. Don’t let the guests leave in disappointment after a long wait.
Staff are friendly and helpful when needed which is nice. The store is somewhat crowded and cluttered but no issue for me. It can take a bit of searching to find the piece of clothing you need if at all. The clothes themselves are of good quality as you'd expect from Next. The return policy is only 15 days which is half that of competitors which should be kept in mind. Also the biggest annoyance I have with this store is it does NOT have a change room, I mean come on how the hell are people meant to know if it looks or even feels good when worn. Yes you can return it but that's just a pain in the bum in my opinion.
