   Went to the hairdresser today to make an enquiry about booking an appointment. As I went towards the door with my children a man came to the door in a very abrupt mannet to say "first of all I'm fully booked for three months and second of all I don't do kids". He then walked off. No hello, no manners and no respect. Very shocked at the way I was treated. Very unprofessional.
