   Awful experience in Forestside by staff member Geraldine. Waited to be served while she chatted to other staff. Finally when I was paying asked for my email. I said I want a paper receipt. She went off on some tirade that I have to get one. Slammed the shoes on the counter and didn’t even offer me a bag. Horrible woman.

   We got help with a shoe fitting for our two year old son and Tridha was such a great help. She was very patient and gave us lots of options and helped us pick the perfect pair of shoes for our son. It was a very good experience thanks to Tridha!!

   I went to the store yesterday and got a pair of black shoes for £70. They are of reasonable quality for a good price. I was served by a lovely sweet young woman called Eva who was friendly and helpful. She is a credit to her employer.

   Had a brilliant experience at Clark’s Shoes in Forestside. The staff had great understanding of the medical conditions helped by best shoe fitting practice. Really welcoming and helpful. Great range of shoes too. Not limited to just “old people’s shoes”

   Wonderful experience! Assisted by Sana. Though the shop was busy when we entered, we were politely seated and waited for few minutes. Had to buy for my three kids. Each one had been given special attention to try out different style and discuss the pros and cons. There was no haste. Excellent service!

   Went to Clarks today to get school shoes for my daughter and was helped by a young lady called Annie. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Annie was really polite and interacted with my daughter by asking her about school. Unfortunately they didn't have her size in the shoe she wanted but Annie seemed to be prepared for this situation and brought out a couple of similar shoes which she was able to choose from which saved us time looking around again. All in all the service I received was excellent thank you Annie for making this visit a pleasure and I will sure be back for any other shoes I may need in the future

   Manager rude and patronising to her young staff. Was looking to get fitted quickly but instead had to watch the manager lecture our fitter and poor girl looked scared. Manager constantly telling her staff off from the moment we arrived to when we left shouting at staff to get out of tills even though there was a long line! Just horrible

   We usually shop online as my son is autistic & it makes life easier! But because he was in-between sizes I decided we needed to go into the shop. We were served by Ciaran who was fantastic with him & explained about the size & fit & we came away with lovely shoes for him.
