Impossible to get in contact with for returns. No answer to phone and no way to get through to a customer service...

I ordered online a month ago. The package was lost, and the courier confirmed it two weeks ago. I still haven’t received either a refund or the package. They keep emailing me to “wait for the investigation.” What investigation? The courier already confirmed the loss. Very disappointing experience! Hope at the end to recieve the refund…

I visited Flannels this Saturday, intending to buy a pair of Louboutins but was unsure about the design I wanted. There was a staff member named Lucy. She rolled her eyes every time I asked to try a different design. She was extremely rude; I’ve never experienced that at Flannels before. She even took back the last pair I tried and ignored me and my friend who came with me, then went back to speaking with another colleague, ignored us and kept staring over at us. I am very disappointed because I believe that staff like her can leave a very negative impression on the business. I am utterly disgusted by her behaviour. I will never shop there again.

Ordered on line, items arrived, one box was empty and because they packed it I was charged. Be very careful when you order online, tried to sort with the team and got a computer says answer. They don’t care at all about customer service. The last statement was go shop in store. No I won’t be back.

Very chavy selection of clothes and shoes. everything there looks like fakes on a holiday destination. Flannels in england was far nicer classier better quality stuff and has a variety of styles and weren't only selling tracksuits and hoodies along with stupid bulky shoes that only a clown would wear

Selection is okay. Prices are what you expect to be paying for higher end fashion; however, the staff I spoke with today were rude and unhelpful - I walked away; happy to take my money elsewhere!

A lot of designer gear to choose from, downside is that if something is on sale its never noted on the price tag also hard to find a member of staff as the uniforms dont stand out too much. Ordered an item online and it wouldnt let me return it through the website so i went into the shop to return it as a lady from a previous visit had told me it was allowed but on arriving i was told this was not the case. I was allowed to exchange for an instore item

Used the cafe, wont be back, the cakes are no better than in Tesco. Main bone of contention, however, was just how rude the security guard was on 9/10/22. Upon asking him about the state of the toilets, he hardly looked at me, just shrugged his shoulders and said ‘It’s down to the cleaners’, when I explained that I was talking about the 'out of order’ toilets downstairs, he just looked ahead and wouldn’t respond. What is the criteria for getting a job in Flannels? The ability to be obnoxious?

Did not even browse in the shop. Sky high prices would be an under estimation. 4k for a handbag? Have used the restaurant twice. Small, quite. Good menu, good service and reasonably priced. Licensed, with good selection of moderately priced wines. Easily located, just left past the handbags, and keeping walking!!!!

Great food and coffee from the Cafe in Flannels Victoria Square. They have a wide range of hot drink options and snacks to accompany. They have a food menu available too and the lunches are lovely. The layout and style/vibe of the Cafe is very modern.
