   I bought my Nike Air Force to pick up in store, my husband went to pick up the shoes and didn't check how they were, as they were supposedly new, unused, and I paid the regular price, without any promotion, £120. When I got home, I opened the box and one of the shoes was a test shoe. From what I could see, the sole was dirty and so were the laces. I thought this was absurd. Unfortunately, I need my shoes by tomorrow and I won't be able to exchange them, but I leave my opinion here so that future customers know what can happen to them, because I will never buy anything from this store again.

   Done with this shop. Spent over a thousand pounds in there in past couple of weeks. Wanted to exchange not even refund just exchange a few items for the next size up. I have been back 3x now for them to perform such a simple task and they failed on every occasion somehow?? Swapped it for same size once then swapped it again and top bit of tracksuit in XL then bottom bit is in M… the head baffles but this isn’t even reason I’ve done with place. The ‘lady’ Manager that is there currently has an absolute stinking attitude and no idea about customer service whatsoever!!!! She refused to exchange 1 of my hoodies saying I’d damaged it when I sure as hell hadn’t, was too small couldn’t wear and still had tags on. At this point I had more clothes I wanted to purchase but could not bring my self to give this shop another penny after the circus I have experienced. So I’m £100 down on a hoodie I can’t wear but this shop is down a customer that spends a lot of money there.

   Just been in a regular customer too!!! The buzzer was going when I walked out which could have been numerous of things that’s Iv got from other shops or somethings that just happens you can clearly see my pram hasn’t got nothing in… apart from my child and a book they stopped me to search under my pram with my 2 year old child in asking me to move his blanket off incase I put something there!! Like I say I’m a regular customer and they are searching my pram like I’m a thief never felt so uncomfortable and upset in my life!! Was a awful feeling

   Staff were extremely rude and did not want to help. Asked one staff member to check for my size and the reply I got was “ I aint got a scanner” and walked off. Rude and obnoxious. Eventually someone helped and told me they had the size I was after upstairs. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have them. Didn’t suggest to order them and I will not be returning. EVER.

   credit where its do the staff were helpful but asking for a pair of size 12 trainers i might aswell save fuel and not bother going order online and hope u like what u get.

   Went into Jd Mansfield today just having a browse. Asked a member of staff to try on a pair of shoes to which I did. As I was trying the shoes on I felt very uncomfortable, staff were laughing whilst looking at me and my friends. I then asked for the pair of shoes in a size up, to which I then further got laughed at. I have never felt more anxious and uncomfortable in a shop to which I just wanted a simple browse which resorted in being a joke to the staff, when I was just simply trying on a pair of shoes. Very rude and abrupt staff don’t recommend anyone shopping here awful place !
