I booked an appointment with Kian for the first time and was greeted with outstanding customer service as soon as I arrived. The haircut was exceptional, and I’d definitely recommend visiting Kian at Shelby’s. The shop itself is beautifully put together, with professional decor that creates an authentic and welcoming barbershop atmosphere.
First time visiting this barbers. I like the ease of being able to book an appointment online rather than having to wait for a walk in. My son liked his hair cut and the styling powder that was used. The setting is top notch and high quality. Music was good and staff were friendly. Already booked to go again!
When you walk in, everybody is friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the equipment too. Music was banging. I got my haircut by Kris who gave me an exceptional trim which I've had multiple complements for. He was respectful, mindful and tailored my haircut to exactly what I was after. Even recommended what else would look good on me too! 10/10 my go to for trims. Thanks again Kris.
Absolutely brilliant. Booked in last minute as desperately needed a trim and it may barbers are open on a Monday. Drove from Cannock to Perton and was not disappointed. Wanted to change up my style and settled on a burst fade with textured hair (basically a modern mullet) Kian was class and did an amazing job. I forgot to get cash and only asked after my haircut but all is well when there’s a cash machine and post office within 2 minutes. Definitely recommend!!
I’ve recently been going to Shelby’s while shopping at Sainsbury’s The service has always been good. Today a new guy called Benny cut my hair and shaped my beard. I’ve got to say he did a brilliant job, as good as any Turkish barber, which I’ve used on occasions. It’s a great place to have a haircut, with a good atmosphere and cool music. Highly Recommend
Been using Shelby's Barber Shop a few months now and never a bad experience. Kris normally cuts my hair, but all staff take pride in their work. Always friendly and very well priced. Would recommend these guys to everyone

Visited Shelby's for the first time today. The decor is great and the staff friendly. Sam cut my hair and he did a great job and was really friendly. This is definitely going to be my new barbers from now on.
Took my two lads after work, the guys managed to get them sorted just before close, the tall guy was great with my youngest who is keen to go back there again. As mentioned in other comments it is cash only, though there is a cashpoint at Sainsburys (providing it is working!).
