   My experience with Prestige Barber was far from pleasant or kind. Yesterday (25/04/2025) around 7.30pm. I endured the greatest humiliation of my life—my first and last time visiting their shop for a haircut. When I entered, I saw three barbers and greeted them. I approached one wearing a white apron (similar to a lab coat) and explained that I had called and tried to book an appointment via WhatsApp but received no response, which was why I walked in. The barber ignored me. Next, I politely asked, "Can I wait to get my hair trimmed?" Again, he ignored me. Later, he rudely said, "Come back on Monday." I was Shocked, I asked once more if I could wait, but he continued to ignore me. Frustrated, I turned to leave, but as I approached the door, he snapped, "Can't you read? You’re not supposed to exit through that door. Use the one you came in from!" I was deeply embarrassed, especially as his colleagues laughed at me. Imagine paying for such disrespectful service! My experience was terrible, and I will "never" recommend anyone waste their hard-earned money on such an unprofessional and rude establishment. This is my honest account of what happened. Thanks.

   I am very confident to say Carlos is the best Barber around !!!He has been doing our boys' hair since they were babies now they are 11 and 13 -the boys dont want their hair done anywhere else because he does the best hair cuts .I highly recommend him ,his cuts stand out .He pays attention to detail and takes his time !!He is very child friendly , the boys enjoy a chat with him .Welldone Carlos .If you happen to be in Wolverhampton , please eitherpass through and book an apppintment or ring in advance .He doesnt disappoint and once he does your hair , you will never want any other Barbers to touch your hair again!!
