Stayed in the Aztec hotel was absolutely appalled. The way my child was spoken to in the sauna. A member of staff called ;Beth spoke to my ;Child extremely rudely and told her to get out of the sauna. You’re not old enough I said to her there’s a nice way of speaking to a child and she told me if you don’t like it you can get out as well as your child I don’t think a member of staff should be speaking to a child the way she spoke to her. It’s absolutely appalling and then she threatened to throw me out when I try correcting her very disgusting service

My husband and I booked the school time package which included access to the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna plus a back massage and lunch. Great value for money. My massage therapist was Adriana and she's amazing! So friendly and the best massage ive ever had. I went in extremely tense and left feeling relaxed. Would 100% recommend her to anyone needing a massage! Thank you!

I couldn't justify rating the Aztec spa anything less than 5 stars, due to the outstanding customer service we received. The facilities were very good. There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms, and gym. Anya the masseuse was amazing. There was an impressive selection of complimentary foods and drinks including cereal, biscuits, smoothie shots, teas, and coffees. A lot of care had been put into providing vegan options at the restaurant. The pool is shared with non-spa users staying at the hotel, which unfortunately meant there was a grown adult man who was splashing his friends on the poolside lounge chairs. As he was the beta male of his group, he was starved of attention and hoped his clowning around would impress the girls who had chosen to sit with the alpha male on lounge chairs instead. I understand that it's not possible to make the pool exclusive for spa users, but it would be good to eliminate immature and disruptive behaviour. It would also be good if they could introduce a fully online booking system, as currently the only option is to book by phone. I would specify on the website that gym access is included as part of spa days, as this is a major selling point. Overall this was definitely a worthwhile experience, and I would happily visit again.

Lovely room and hotel with excellent spa facilities. We stayed for a family wedding, and it is much easier to get ready and stay on site than risk getting flat hair by going outside once dressed. Helpful staff and the wedding ceremony itself was beautiful. Be prepared, though. A double Southern Comfort and lemonade was £12+. A delicious and plentiful breakfast (pictured) the morning after was just what we needed.

Great spa facilities, breakfast ok, extra charges bit misleading, rooms small and slightly stuffy, location is great, very clean and great staff

Somebody had bought me a massage voucher as a gift. When I arrived I added on a facial last minute which wasn't a problem. Sammy gave a great relaxing massage and facial - I would definitely return.
