First time having a pedicure here. All of them are really lovely and friendly, they don’t talk about you like other reviews are saying.. very professional and make sure you are comfortable and make sure they know what you are after. My mum and sister often get their nails done here and never have complaints and their nails are always beautiful. Highly recommend them!
Do amazing acrylic nails most of the time, and amazing nail art. My go-to place for acrylics. It's not so great at gel. I had one set that didn't last 24 hours. But definitely, if you want fancy nail art this is the place
Awful experience, I called in to book an appointment. On the phone call we discussed what it was I wanted and Confirmed prices in which was then again confirmed via text messages. On arrival they were over capacity with me not being seen to until 30 minutes past my appointment time I then reconfirmed what I was booked in for and was told they would cost more than the original price I was told over the phone and text after they had began treatment. After I showed the message to say this is what I was told it would cost for an infill and French tip the gentleman then told me prices vary… it seems prices are made up on the spot I will not be returning

Had my nails done here this evening: set of acrylics, overlay and white tips. Paid more than I usually do in Birmingham, however, I was seated immediately despite arriving 10 minutes early. The ladies took their time, it wasn’t rushed and the end result is fabulous. Really good service- professional, friendly and talented.
I am so angry. I went here tonight because it was my moms treat to me to get my nails done with her. First of all we had booked two appointments on the phone and stated that we wanted to be seated at the same time and when we we arrived there on time we had to wait a while to be served. We didn’t even get served together, my mom only got served after I had my nails done. The social distancing was awful as there was too many people in the shop and they told you to get up and choose your nail colour instead of them bringing it to you so you were very close to other people in the salon when doing that. The customer service is appalling. During having my nails done I was rudely shouted at by the man in there, all I asked was the prices of the different glitters and instead of calmly explaining he did the total opposite. Eventually, when my mom was told to take a seat you would have thought because the man has a profession in doing people’s nails he would have helped my mom choose her colour that she wanted, but instead he abruptly told her that she had to choose her own colour. In the end my mom ended up walking out without getting her nails done. We will not be returning again as what was supposed to be a night to enjoy it was horrific.
I’d been let down by my usual salon to have a full set of acrylic nails put on today...I’d had them soaked off back in March as I had to go into shielding due to my ill heath. I phoned and spoke to Van at 10.30am and I was sat in his salon at 1pm getting my nails done! Van is wonderful! He’s the best nail technician I’ve ever had do my nails and over the years I’ve used lots of different salons. The salon is very clean and they give you your own bag with your files in for you to keep taking back.....an excellent idea I thought. There is plenty of hand gel around and Van wore the appropriate mask. The only reason Van hasn’t got 5 stars is he did me an extra service without checking with me so the price was higher than I’d been quoted. I hadn’t got enough money on me and they don’t accept cards so it made me feel very embarrassed....however....Van explained by doing the extra my nails will last longer....fingers crossed!! I will be returning to see Van very soon. xx
