   Don’t waste your time or money here. Honestly a terrible experience with these guys, ordered a jacket on the 1st of December , 0 updates. Messaged them multiple times, got a response once telling me they'd check my order status, nothing since then not even a courtesy message. Incredibly disappointing.

   I have been purchasing from The Foot Factory for many years now & honestly every purchase has been a positive experience. I find the online site easy to navigate with the checkout just as easy. Shipments are very quick to be shipped out & every purchase I have received has been packaged well & in mint condition. My recent order arrived within a week which was amazing for standard international shipping = wow!!! Definitely will continue to shop from this store in the future. Amazing online customer service as well!!

   A Shoe Shop Sensation! All the staff are so helpful and patient. I was badly in need of a last minute Christmas gift for my eldest daughter, and The Foot Factory saved the day or maybe indeed Christmas. With a combination of shoe brand mastery and friendliness they somehow made this hazardous task a real pleasure talking me though their various trendy options. And true to their word my daughter’s eyes lit up on Christmas day, lots of hugs and smiles ensued. Thank you Footfactory. However, even after all their helpful advice, I had to return the pair of shinny New Balance we settled on, I bought the wrong size. Their wondrous knowledge of the various trends and brands these days couldn’t compensate of my basic ineptitude. But again in keeping with their excellent customer service, they made the swap all very straight forward, I wish other stores would treat their customers half as well as the footfactory. Give this store an award if there are such things…

   I never received the shoes due to the royal mail strike, and the delivery status was never updated. The company was also dismissive and unprofessional. The company blocked me from contacting them when I complained about still not receiving my order: the worst company ever and the worse online shopping experience.

   absolutely awful customer service. I bought a pair of O&H Cesar Cognac boots in December last year, they sent me defective boots so I sent them back and they said they’d send me another pair. The other pair they sent was a totally different colour, I told them and they said they looked similar enough so thought it would be ok! So I then had to send those back as well. I then bought another pair of the same boots recently, only to receive the exact same defective pair yet again almost a year later. When I asked about it, I was told they weren’t defective and that I obviously just didn’t appreciate handmade leather boots…I actually have other O&H boots and they are perfect. The person who replies to the emails is so sassy too which doesn’t help. Avoid!!! And don’t buy the O&H Cesar boots Cognac size 7…!
