Was here having a look at round and UNCIVER POLICE SERGANT MICHEAL SHARPE MADE ME BREAK WIND OVER 15 TIMES whilst I was there eruing my shopping experience, didn't look at anything or purchase anything because of mental health was deterranting I was so embarrassed bit out of my control as told by the physiologist tiff at waters park house, there been no voices in my head for over a decade, I'm blaintally wired and jo better place to be then waters park house brain injury unit and rehabilitation centre, how long can this go on for been here over 2yeqrs want my own independent now. Life is fooe living not co -existing t waters park house, passing my life away. I'm Nadege atkins chosen one, failed her memory test and now I've got to live by her actions, however I was brought up actions led to consequences MY PROBLEM IS IT !!! ! I just want out of here made positive progress time to leave been here over 2 years

Good shopping experience....although a similar experience to someone elses review- got to the tills and asked for a paper receipt, told email receipt only....transaction went through and then gave my email address, to then be told we will have a paper receipt too!

The shopping experience was good, but when we got to the tills we were served by Maz. Started off great but then she started to say βthe tills are email receipts onlyβ so I said is there any chance of getting a paper one as I didnβt fancy signing up to their marketing. So the lady proceeded to say no email only, I said surely you can print the receipt for me .. Lowe and behold a printed receipt came out of the till that she said was βemail onlyβ absolute rubbish and they need to train their staff not to lie! Maz was the cashier.

I had a really disappointing shopping experience here couple of weeks ago. The store was about to close so 7 more minutes were left for the store to close and I was on the till. The lady serving me did not pay any attention to me I wanted to ask about the signing up 10% discount but the lady was in so hurry she did not even make eye contact with me and checked me out while communicating with other staff. I understand the store was closing but if this is how you want to treat customers when there are 5 minutes left to close the store then better close the store 5 minutes earlier rather than giving this experience to the customers.

The pretty top that I tried on seemed more suited in size to the figure of young girls but that was from the sale rail, looks like some very good clothes in the rest of the shop.

Good place to get latest trends at fairly reasonable prices and quality not too bad. Easy to find what you're looking for as each section is laid out well. Sales look a bit of a mess and I can't be bothered to route through for a few quid off. Great to see the tall section back in store as it's not easy guessing sizing online - not a huge selection but better than nothing. Quick to get through tills so not a massive wait in line.
