   I visited the store today whilst in Plymouth on business, I was wearing a hi vis coat and was looking for perfume as a Christmas gift for my wife, I was stared at as if I was a shoplifter and totally ignored by the staff who were more interested in organizing their lunch breaks it seemed. There were 2 staff dressed in black which suited the place just chatting amongst themselves. I wanted to buy Dior or similar perfume I had a budget up to £500 but I ended up walking out in disgust. I think the staff need to be more helpful especially at Christmas and in this retail climate. The general manager should step in here as this store will end up like Debenhams down the road if this carries on like this.

   A very degrading experience!! i walked in and went straight to the fragrance section since i was gift shopping, i had an exact perfume in mind but the woman (late 60s, short grey hair) who was behind the till proceeded to tell me they didn’t stock it which would not be a problem if her telling me they didn’t have it didn’t come with judgmental looks and passive aggressive micro managing, when i asked about said fragrance she said they don’t have that here and to try boots whilst almost laughing in my face. She was obviously thinking that the perfume i was asking for was simply not good enough for her near and dear house of frasier. It was a bottle of mason margeila replica. A simple question that could’ve been solved with a simple “sorry we don’t stock that” I won’t be shopping with this company again, maybe boots won’t judge me for simply being a young adult who wanted to get someone a nice gift.

   Met my sister for a catchup and coffee. It's got a great view. Nice coffee and cake, haven't had a meal in there yet, but it all looks really nice. Love the fact that they do a loyalty card for drinks too.

   I always head towards this shop when I visit Plymouth. I bought my son a few outfits and shoes. The ladies were very helpful with ideas for waterproof spray for my sobs boots and we exchanged small talk. I was offered a chance to become a Fraser member, which was nice. I'll be back in September

   1st time going into the House of Fraser today to just have a look around, the staff that we spoke to were very polite & willing to help us if needed. They had a few good designer items, for example: Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, & so on very expensive. Nice shop, but not for me

   A great place to eat in Plymouth which always offers excellent value for money. Whether you just want to meet over a coffee and cake or have a more substantial meal this city centre cafe / restaurant is ideal. It also offers great views across the city's shopping area.

   A truly abysmal enterprise. I bought my girlfriend a pair of shoes for Christmas but they didn't fit. We decided we wanted a refund but the shop doesn't do cash refunds for change of mind and will only offer a credit note. What an appalling policy during a cost of living crisis. Before we even got a chance to ask about the policy the staff immediately went on the defence and said "Yes we don't do cash refunds, YOU would have been told this when you purchased the item". I don't think that's quite right, I was probably told "you can swap to a size up if they don't fit", which isn't quite the same. Terrible attitude with no sympathy. We won't be shopping here again. Why would you bother?

   One of the few big department stores left. It has a lot of branded concessions so is one of those places you might need to spend some time browsing around if you do like your branded clothes. They did have some Montezuma chocolate at £6 a box - quite a bit more expensive than you can pick up elsewhere, but I did see a flavour I hadn't seen before.

   I pop in several times a month for coffee in Dingles. The staff are friendly and helpful. Came in again today with a few 'girls' I went to school with. We were pleased to have a refill for £1.10 which meant we could talk for longer. The coffee is good and we enjoy the space and the views of the city. We'll be back.
