Getting footwear for my granddaughter, the assistant measured her feet. She then brought out a selection of shoes. My granddaughter picked a glittery sparkly pair which fitted perfectly. It was a very friendly and professional service.
Staff really helpful and brilliant with my 15 month old grandson when getting his feet measured.
Went in looking for wide fitting slippers and didnt have any. We settled for sandles with velcro fastenings which will do well.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Went in with my 2 year old twins today for an exchange and new shoes. The lady was amazing with my boys, especially as they wanted to help measure and what usually is a bit of a stressful time was made very relaxed!
