As a complete novice in this area, Will's expertise and exceptional customer service truly stood out. He proactively sent me pictures of the tiles, kept me well informed about the delivery process, and even arranged next day delivery for me as I was on a tight deadline. Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices without ever making me feel out of place. I highly recommend JT Matthews to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service, especially if you have the chance to work with Will. Further kudos to the delivery driver who delivered my tiles at 7am, reversed down my drive and did so without waking me or my neighbours! It was a brilliant surprise when I woke up.
