Rude staff. It wasn’t even busy. There was one guy being served and they shouted “check in over there” When I asked a question they did not want to help.
Love how easy it is to shop here. Ordered online via the App, got a notification within 5 minutes to say it was ready for collection - I can then chose to pick up when convenient for me. On collection, easy parking right outside the unit, no queue, took my name and order number, my purchase was in my hands within 1 minute. Nice team working there, happy to help if needed. Will continue to use this business/branch (Cannock).
Poor tbh this branch hardly keeps items in stock always waiting on items to be delivered into the store that they haven’t in stock so that means more journey time to visit the store that’s the biggest problem with this Screwfix Cannock store!
I went in looking for a magnetiser, and though they didn't have one in stock, the woman at the counter was more than happy to order one in if I wanted that. I didn't get the tool I wanted, but I did get a great chat about PC building, which was ultimately what brought me there. I will definitely return if I need to. DON'T BEND THE PINS!... though if you do you can probably bend them back with a credit card.
Slow service, no acknowledgement whilst waiting when other staff clearly saw me, too busy handing around teas and coffees, not as good as it used to be.
Well today I went into the Cannock store and was served by a Lovely Lady called Dawn this lady is an absolute asset to Screwfix took time to take care of me extremely Lovely manner left the shop spending money there your extremely lucky to have her on your team kind regards A Marham

I ordered a spirit level and paid£130.00 they told me it would be next day delivery I said are you sure as I need it to do my job I was told yes next day delivery and I was told I would receive a text message after waiting around half a day for a text message I decided to phone up I was then told it would be another two days I think they were ordering of amazon which I did and it was a lot cheaper
