I walked into Crew Clothing in Salcombe about 10am on a Friday morning. There were 3 staff gathered around the cash desk, all with their phones out, chatting about nothing in particular. No-one acknowledged me or said Good Morning, I chose a jumper and walked past them and went to the changing rooms. No-one made eye contact. I walked past them, put the jumper back, loitered by the till and tried to get their attention. NOTHING! So, I walked out and will not be going back ever again
Need better staff training in the Salcombe branch. 20mins to exchange a present. She didn’t seem to be able to work the card machine for the previous person either. Frustrating waste of life.
Good in the sales a bit pricey otherwise
Having Shopped in Crew right since the Company Started with Alister all those years ago and enjoyed their range of clothes especially their Shirts and Sweaters plus Polos and sweatshirts and shorts , I popped into the Salcombe store with my partner and saw a item of clothing I liked and took it up to pay and asking the assistant if she wanted my discount details only to be told we DONT Do that anymore in a very discourteous manner!! Sorry I will never go back into that store ever again
