   Popped in here today and asked if they could cut a board for me, offering to pay for the service. I was told they could not cut the board because it was not purchased from them. Most frustrating. I really do wish that these big companies would understand that it's the little things you do for people that make the big difference. What the manager of the store didn't know was that I was intending on spending over £4,000 with them on stuff for my garden next year. I will go elsewhere now. Well done Jewson's, £4k lost, plus a D.I.Y customer of 25 years, for a job that would have taken two minutes and earned you a few quid. If you'd have done the job, I'd have told everyone I know. Now I'll be telling a different story.
