   Rang up for a quote of the local business to have my roof done on my bay window. John turned up gave me a quote for the job, sounded good what they was going to do! They posted the quote was happy with the price, so rang and asked when it could be booked in, they said they would get back to me, had to chase this as no phone call was made, they said they would come on a Saturday no one turned up! So rang on the Monday to ask what was going on and when they was actually coming again got told they would ring me back! Still no phone call after 7 hours so rang back again to speak to someone in charge, explained the situation and explained I shouldn’t have to be chasing you if you don’t want the job just say NO! Some rang back 10 minutes later we will come Wednesday. They turned up at 9am John apologised for all the messing about fair enough! From what was quoted to what was done was 2 different things. Looks as though no old stuff was removed just new board put on top and then the rubber roof! When the lads finished they never even knocked the door to say they had finished and to look at job to see if we was happy! Upon looking at the roof the rubber stuff that goes round the edge was still all sticking up which would allow water to enter the roof! On the 4th July John turned up to post invoice but still never knocked the door, so rang the company to tell them about my concerns and wasn’t making payment until sorted, they came out on the 10th and re bolted the rubber stuff down. I would just like to say customer service from This company has been absolutely shocking!

   Excellent service. The staff were very helpful and supplied all the materials for my porch roof and explained step by step how to do it. Nothing was too much trouble. They even cut the OSB board to size so it would fit in my car.

   Bought some goods online and was advised they could not deliver due to restricted access (fair enough). they said they would refund my money THEN WENT SILENT!! I had to battle with them to get my money refunded - It took too many emails to no avail before having to create a dispute with PayPal - not a good company to deal with if you need a refund!!

   Great place and they offer loads of advice and even offered to give suppose and advice over the phone. We meet a few times before purchasing and was never pressured into buying but with how helpful and the fact they offer solutions at great prices we couldn't have gone anywhere else. Can't recommend them enough.
