   Bought a £500 roof over two weeks ago now. Contacted them for updates of delivery etc nothing. Been contacting and calling constantly got nothing back. Sent me a receipt but never heard anything else DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I hear nothing back, my lawyers will be in touch about reclaiming the money.

   To say I’m highly delighted with the sheets and Bushbury’s service would be an understatement. Rarely have I bought from a company which gives such good service. From placing my order of just 4 sheets I was kept informed all the way along. I regularly received messages, texts and phone calls advising of delivery date and time. If the phone was not answered when I called, within minutes Ashley would return my call. The Terracotta wave / pan tile sheets I received look far better than the website pictures. I ordered .7 thickness. I didn’t have samples so don’t know what .5 are like.

   The whole process has been drama free! Very friendly and helpful advice given on initial phone call and they tell you exactly what you need from amount of roofing sheets to all the fixings. Delivery was in a timely manner and the price is very good. The roofing sheets arrived in perfect condition and are excellent quality and exceeded expectations 10/10 from me. Will definitely be using again.

   The owner was not the helpfulest person. As he is a business owner he does not answer the telephone when you try to call plus when you get a chance to leave a message he does not have the decent courtesy to return your messages or calls. I would definitely not use him as a supplier as he does not give you the respect that's required for a long term business relationship.
