   Having already purchased a lumberjack drum sander from Toolsave i decided to buy again when looking for a new tablesaw. Went for the Lumberjack ts1800. Fantastic bit of kit. Definitely a professional table saw. Backed up by outstanding customer service from Sharna and the team.

   Wish I had read some of the reviews before making a purchase. I bought a LumberJack Workbench which at best can only be described as a second. Middle panel draw runners fixed with draw runners running in opposite directions ?? Fixed with rusted screws and washers supplied are all rusted. End panel has had a piece of wood fixed/glued to it and then drilled at the joint so God knows how long that will last. The upper support brackets are warped and don't fix flush to the top. Unfortunately I didn't try assembling the workbench until after the 30 days (had to clear space in my garage) and buyers have to pay for returns. Others have complained of faulty products and suggested steering clear of buying from this company. Wish I had taken their advice be warned.

   Purchase a jigsaw used only lightly 3 times, was concerned about plastic gimmicky plastic blade quick release when I unboxed it, sure enough on third using it fell apart but was just out of warranty. Contacted via Ebay they refused to deal with my enquiry, no response when I emailed directly. Wasn't that cheap to begin with thought I'd bought decent quality from a family business. Would never buy from them again. Now binning a jigsaw that looks like new and having to buy another is galling.

   My scroll saw is only 8 months old, the tensioning mechanism as failed, they are refusing a refund, they say I've got to get it to them miles away, I'm on benefits so can't afford to pay for postage, I'm disabled so can't physically move it about. After sales are absolutely no help what so ever , I've been in touch with an ambassador for lumberjack who is absolutely no help what so ever. 1st and last time I will be having any other machines from them . Only use it a couple of times a month at most , with minimal use this should last a few years

   Purchased item on their ebay store. Item broke after first use. Seller agreed to a return and refund but only refunded half of the money saying they couldn’t find a fault with it. Then completely ignoring any messages. Feedback left after the purchase has also disappeared so their seller ratings are fake. After the refund was going to buy the same item from them again as I understand that sometimes you get a faulty one but after all this experience I won’t be spending a penny with this business anymore. Shame really that you are willing to loose customers and reputation for the sake of £20.

   I had to phone yesterday because I had a small issue and I spoke to a lovely lady called Jade and I got 1st class customer service from Jade. She was so warm and welcoming, helpful and polite which you rarely get these days. Nothing was to much trouble for jade and I never felt rushed in anyway. I would highly recommend toolsave Ltd To anyone. I will 100% be using you again because of Jades customer service and I have to say Jade is a real asset to your company !    AVOID AT ANY COST!!! Purchased dust extractor on 5/11 since that time no updates about item such duspatch/delivery. Sent email a week later if they can provide me with any delivery updates. Received message from seller today 11/10 that the item is not available anymore. Kept my money for a week, did not let me know earlier that there is an issue with item. Wasted time!!! Now have to wait another week to receive full refund where I need the tool to complete the job, Avoid!!!

   I placed an order, the money was taken from my account. Delivery details were later received. Then a full refund was received, no explanation or contact from Toosave, so I emailed the company for an explanation but received no reply. Suffice to say I won't be using them again.

   Orderd a drill paid for it and it was in stock and stated will be delivered in 3 working days Phoned them just to get an update on delivery on a 3rd day and they told me it was cancelled. Due to no stock available. I stated whty wouldn't you email me or contacts me the same day i placed order. No response no comments. Any way wont be using this company anymore not good to me at all. Different people diffrent reviews stay happy
