   I bought a few bits for Xmas and my server was Ed. The customer service side was incredible very friendly and interacted very nicely with me will always be back if he is serving me there. Bought a ray of sunshine to my day. Would recommend anyone to go there if you need mountain warehouse necessity’s or just to go over and have a conversation with him. Lovely lovely man.

   Went into the Plymouth store today as I hadn’t had any confirmation on my click and collect order that I placed a week ago. Spoke to a lovely lady who wasn’t 100% sure so went to get help. I was greeted by a elderly lady with glasses and a bob style haircut unfortunately didn’t catch a name and the first thing she said quite rudely was “can you move away from the till” a bit surprised I moved over for her to interrupt and say there’s nothing she can do blah blah. I tried to explain that as I’d waited a little with the order I want to cancel anyway she then continued to say backing and forthing with collections and canceling costs them money making it sounded I’d done loads when it was just one order and my first ever collect one. She continued to say I should have contacted customer service but I explained I was passing so just wanted to ask. In the end after she decided to let me speak I gave details so she could cancel it. Let’s just say I won’t be going back and will sticking too go outdoors!

   I was browsing online for some walking boots and found the perfect pair and they were available at my local mountain warehouse store. Now I've always found it funny there's a mountain warehouse in an area with no mountains but still the staff were very knowledgable and friendly and assisted me with my purchase. They even have lift asccess fort disdabled customers which I appreciated as I'm not great with stairs. Overall a very happy experience and I'm sure it won't be the last purchase I make.

   This is a great shop if you need some outdoor clothing or if you do any outdoor activities. They give blue light discount, really helps the Xmas shop. Bought some mini thermos flasks. Great presents.
