Whenever I come into this shop the staff there are lovely! The lady working behind the till and the man. I mostly come in to send parcels off but I will be buying some items from here because of the lovely customer service
I will never set foot In this shop again the guy behind the counter was downright rude. I asked a question and because he was not looking at me when he gave the answer I couldn't hear him. As wear hearing aids, I asked him to repeat what he said which he did was walking away. So again I couldn't hear him. So when I asked him to say it again he said he told me twice. So I said to him I wore hearing aids and walked out. It states on the DHL website that you can post stuff from this shop yet I take it you can't. As he wouldnt accept the item either.
Gr8 for local shopping iv new the family for years and they will help as much as they can if your in a hard place with money
The man working on the till tonight (30th April 24 7p.m) doesn't know how to process parcels correctly and needs to take more care! My parcel had the wrong label stuck onto it by him.?! I noticed and he insulted ME when it was HIS mistake,I asked if I could check the name & address labels before he sent them and he threw them at me?!! Lady was polite last time I went in.Won't be using him again.Rude!!
I regularly use this shop to collect many items which I regularly order from Amazon and eBay. It has long opening hours, 7 days a week, friendly staff, and is very convenient. Highly recommended.
