   I visited roughly twenty minutes ago. The store was dimly lit, with poor hygiene and felt unclean. The lady cashier was notably unfriendly and appeared quite unhappy, tossing items onto the counter without care. The store also needs updating or refurbishing as it feels quite depressing. Given previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue that management needs to urgently address. I won’t be returning.

   I popped in mid afternoon(04/03/2023). Nothing much changes here. The store looks grubby and is grubby. Very poor hygiene standards all round. Lots of out of stocks too, plus no baskets on entry. They were all behind the counter. One lady serving and a queue of 6 including me. No help was called despite staff having earphones and microphones to contact the office, on their heads. After a long wait I was served by a very miserable member of staff. It seems there is very little positive to say about any Sainsbury's store at the moment. Poor standards, poor disciplines and unhappy staff.

   Parking is tight when it's busy. The smart save qr code needs to be near the entrance rather than in the middle of the shop otherwise it won't get used and you'll have long queues. Pretty expensive too but convenient

   Seems to be a lot of empty spaces on the shelves when I call in. Can't usually get everything I want but biggest gripe is that they stopped supplying Goats milk (I don't ever drink cows milk) for a while but now they only stock the full fat type which I would never buy as it is to unhealthy in my view. So I have to trek up to Perton or make a special journey to Raglan Street. If anyone from Sainsburys Compton reads this, please can you start stocking semi skimmed or unskimmed Goats milk again please?

   Friendly staff as always, very tidy and well stocked store. Shop layout is a joke. Prices are on par with Waitrose so your in luck if your in the next tax bracket. I wonder what the staff must eat on lunch even with the 12% or whatever discount it’s still expensive man!!

   Terrible shop lay out, horrendously rude staff. I waited in front of the counter for no joking 5 minutes to be served, only for them to call other customers that were queuing on the other side of the store - I've never been to this branch before, I just wanted cigarettes, I stood at that counter for 5 minutes at least clearly queuing their and nothing was said to me. When I pointed this out to the lady on the checkout she spoke to me very belittlingly - Is this the first time you've been in the store? Was said Sarcastically with an eye roll. The service was genuinely rude to the point where I had the two shoppers that the store collegues had allowed to push in front of me came to me in the car park to apologise and tell me that I should complain because the attitude of the woman on the till was so bad. One man said that he had queued in exactly the same place as me before, so there's clearly an issue with the layout of the store. Seems like it wasn't just be shocked at the poor customer service at this store. I'm really upset.
