Went to the Post Office today and experienced such rude behaviour from the staff behind the counters — especially the one handling the Post Office side. I did not feel welcome at all. She smiled at white customers but showed me an unhappy, arrogant face when dealing with me as an Asian. It felt very racist. When I asked for a pen, she more or less threw it at me, with no eye contact and not even a simple greeting. For white customers, she was welcoming before they even said hello — but for me, she couldn’t even respond to my “hello.” Terrible attitude and personality. I was sending passports and explained clearly that I needed to know the correct tracking number for each parcel, as I had to email them. She didn’t bother to check or confirm, just brushed it off saying “it’s in order.” But I wasn’t sure which parcel she scanned first. At one point, she even raised her voice at me when I mentioned I needed the parcel tracked and signed, rudely asking if I wanted the £4.95 or £5.85 option (prices mentioned here are approximate). Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and in my opinion racist. I work in customer care, and I know 100% the difference between the right and wrong attitude. Never going to deal with this kind of behaviour again.

Shocking treatment by 2 of the staff members. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Feel very sad about this as have used the shop for years, especially like the convenience of the Post Office opening hours.

Thoroughly disgusted at this place, ordered medicine for the flu which was delivered to the wrong address. When I phoned them they said they were devoid of any responsibility and then when I tried to re-order the stupid woman said there was a limit to the paracetamol that was ordered. No help at all. I'm hopping mad.

Went today to post parcels for my small ebay shop. Was told that from now on if there is a queue they will finish the transaction and I'd have to go back in the queue to post the remaining. Absurd rules. If you sell online this post office is basically unusable.

Very rude and disinterested customer service. I waited in the queue for ages to be told I had to wait in a different queue. When I got to my turn the lady serving went back to serve my original queue! I needed to claim a refund using the post office service - she had no idea how to do this and made no effort whatsoever to find out. Apparently, the post office worker is still on furlough (dont understand why). I don't mind someone not knowing something but at least show you're trying. I'd just spent 45mins walking there! Prices looked very expensive- don't know why anyone would shop here.

My husband and I bought a bottle of Barefoot Malbec from this store which broke on the way home (a few hundred metres) in the boot of our car - the whole bottom of the bottle completely fell out. A week later we bought the same bottle and exactly the same thing happened! This time we reported it to the store manager to let him know he had a dodgy batch. Care was taken when we loaded the bottle into the car however the manager was completely uninterested and tried to say it was our fault! . We are regular customers not looking to make a fuss but it wasnt right that the whole base of a bottle should break in the same manner on 2 occasions. We expect a better response from our local store. Extremely disappointed by their attitude. Will buy our alochol elsewhere in future.

Saturday 24th February 12.55 - Out of date sandwiches (Use by end of 23rd) for sale again. This is the fourth time in 3 months that my family have experienced this. On one occasion we purchased only to make a return journey to get a refund . Now we are more eagle eyed. What astounds me is that on the 3 previous locations prior to today staff have been told at the time but there is clearly something wrong with this shop when it continues. 2 weeks ago it was 2 packets of pastry with a Best Before date of November 2017 and when pointed out to staff the employee asked if my wife wanted the 2nd packet at half price! Be warned. I am quite surprised at SPAR
