Got banned from store for no reason to be banned saying that I am a theft I've never robbed any of there stores not happy with it at all I use to get my mums shopping for her from here now she as to struggle get out of the house to get some food shopping she is over the age of 60 now
Great range of food to choose from. Fab baked breads and cakes! A good range of cloths for all family members.
The 1 security lad is an absolute bully,he looks like a thug himself,put an item on top of my bags which was in the trolley and accused me of stealing,I kept it separate from my other items as I was paying separate.he screamed n shouted at me Infront of everyone.the lady on the till wasn't much better,old Asian woman, flirting with security.also the Indian lady that works in the cafe is too rude n thinks she owns the place.please sort out the freezers as well,you can't actually see what's inside them,the windows are all frozen over.ots overpriced and probably the worst supermarket I've been to
It allways lovely to see the guy who looks after the trolleys in Bilston branch, very warm and friendly person, works hard and always greats everyone with his lovely words, never change asset to the branch
The ladies only working toilet 1 of 3, has a massive gap between the door and lock. You can see clearly out of the toilet and into the toilet when locked.I thought it was broken when I first went in 5 months ago but has not been fixed.This needs to be fixed, privacy is needed.
Had a issue with the person serving ready made chicken and bakery. Chicken one was hiding away from customers kept asking anyone there was ignored. Went to complain about it was ignored. The bakery bought doughnuts with custard but there was no Custard. A week later bought again no custard or jam this time. Seems like some one not doing their job. I did tell the bakery staff bit as usual ignored. How to they employee staff like that???
After travelling down the wheelchair ramp into the store, it was locked!!! I went round to the car parking entrance and Customer Services to complain. They told me because of thefts that it's permanently locked now. No sign at the top of the ramp warning of this and in a wheelchair that's a hard slog back up the ramp to go so the way round to the other entrance. Very poor understanding of their disabled customers!!!!
Not been here in ages & popped in 2day, had a nosey round as i needed some stir-fry mix & salad French dressing lol, layed out quite nicely staff friendly whn I asked were 2 find 1 of my item's i needed, will definitely b popping in again.
Good selection of items, plants, world foods etc. staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store appears clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. The aisles are wide enough for disabled people to get around also.
Decent choice of fresh fish and seafood if one can get it. Never had to wait less than 10 mins for a fishmonger to actually turn up at the counter Update: on the last visit it took half an hour for a member of staff to turn up. Further update: war must be still going on. Fish counter now shuts at any time convenient to the (lazy) staff.
