   One till on, and three people in front with one mega full trolley with 3 people's shopping in, i only had one item and the man behind had 2 but they never bothered opening another till even though a member of staff was hovering around foing nothing

   I went to the Iceland at the Range Willehall . I bought some shredded cheese , iceland brand use by date on the pk. 2nd March 2020 . so I've just opened it , its full of mold . So obviously NOT a happy customer .

   After seeing an offer at the Willenhall branch for a pack of Haribo sweets worth £3 when you purchase 3 packs of party food, I was disgusted when after I queried the offer with the person on the till, as I couldn’t find the sweets, she then called the manager in charge. He said they had only been sent one box and there was no more and that it was subject to availability, which I could not see anywhere on the large advert above the products. He then walked away shaking his head which I found very insulting and unprofessional.
