   Noticed recently the in store bakery at this Willenhall store has now pretty much stopped ‘scratch’ bakery and is now usingthe less nice ‘bake off’ stuff that other supermarkets have also been doing recently. Why are people happy with quality disappearing and this crap being sold at the same price too?! Also less range available. The main reason I use Morrisons or have done is the bakery and also meat, although both are seriously reducing in quality. It’s a shame. Update : December 2025 Bakery in this store is back baking ‘scratch’ and I hope it stays that way. The fact they brought it back shows customers must have complained enough to force the company to change course from their experiment over recent months. Asda and Sainsbury’s have gone down the course of cheap and it’s not a good course.

   Easy parking ,disabled friendly.Its the only super market that i've found that does'nt do mince mush in vacum packes and thats why ive swiched from sainsburys.There meat is wonderful unlike aldi,lidl,sainsburys that are not quality.There all to thin (pork stakes ) etc and its not rammed full of people.Prices are like most super markets now days in most ,some higher some lower.A good selection of foods and clothes ,household items.Did notice the doughnuts had gone up 50% to a £1 but there a lot better than most..take note tesco.All in all a good experiance and 10/10 for not going down the vacum packed mushy beef mince road.

   This Supermarket has very kind and helpful staff , all stock is located nearly and easily found with the clearly labelled isles and is great for all essentials!! Also the cafe food is amazing, highly recommend this supermarket!!

   This store seems to have a problem with certain staff members and yellow sticker fraud. You've got some holding stuff for their friends and family, and on another occasion I witnessed a staff member who had just finished her shift barge a pensioner out of the way to grab something she was trying to reach. On another occasion I was looking for a staff member for help and eventually found a congregation of them hanging around a worker with the sticker printer getting reductions on things they wanted to buy themselves! It's not all staff - I use the store often and most of the staff are fine, but it has been going on here for a long time and seems to be getting worse. They do have a good selection of 'free from' stuff though - better than a lot of bigger stores.

   The cafe is fantastic here. The lady at the till really went out of her way for myself and my partner yesterday. It was during a very busy period and she was by herself but she was still very friendly, polite and just so lovely The jacket potato was really goos too!

   No complaints about the store, clean and tidy. Only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 was the fact I was getting a loaf of bread, when we got to the till we realised there was a hole in the packaging so we asked to swap it. I asked if I should just put the one with the hole in the packaging back on the shelf and the member of staff said yeah. They may have misheard me and if they did and I could guarantee it, I'd give a 5 star review, but for the above reason, for now it's 4 stars from me.
