   Very disappointed with the washing machine repair service. I booked a slot for a repair between 9am and 1pm.The guy arrived at 3pm. He looked at the machine and told me he had to do some homework. The machine is not yet 3 years old. I contacted the shop and they said that they were not going to repair the machine. On the website they advertise that they are number one in the area for repairs. I have no faith in the engineer or the company and their operation is shoddy and slack. Although they effectively condemned the machine there was no service report provided.The only paperwork I received was a receipt for my £50 payment for five minutes work! I told the company that I was not happy and it took them all day to return my call as they showed a complete lack of interest. When I finally discussed the repair and suggested that I would like a part to be fitted they said they would do it but write a disclaimer giving no guarantee. I asked for a price quotation and I am still waiting! Whatever happened to customer service? I am only writing this report as the Director was it prepared to speak to me so that I could air my views. I would like to add that I have purchased white goods from this company and they have been amazing!
