   Nice dresses and accessories very high prices and what they dont tell you is you cannot return anything for refund even unopened items not removed from packaging or boxes. Even items that dont fit or lift your dress. My daughters dress is too long the hoop i was sold does not lift the dress off the floor but i was told That if i pay more money to steam her dress it will lift. Since speaking to others iv found others had the same issues in this store. Spent a huge amount of money for my daughters special day in this store and i feel very let down by this store because they are not willing help they dont show the policy information or tell you when you buy that you Wont be refunded so be careful if you do purchase anything i am now stuck with a dress that trails along the ground that my daughter cant walk in even with hoop and shoes. I am relying on her growing Several inches in a couple months for the dress to actually lift! Horrible experience. Appointment was rushed i arrived and was told to wait outside for 10 mins then when i got in and was choosing accessories i was told i wouldnt really have time to try them on against the dress i felt rushed. I chose all my accessories as quick as i could so i could try the dress on with them and even with the shoes and hoop the dress didnt lift off the floor i was reassured you Can get it Steamed itl then lift and be fine. I was sold the hoop and accessories and never once told i cant return for refund. This is Disgusting especially giving the amount of money spent and that it is for a little girls special day.! Would not recommend
