   Went to collect a parcel and buy a couple things, shopkeeper wanted to make me pay for my items first, then tried serving another customer before getting my parcel. 4 customers in and the shopkeeper trying to say my parcel wasn’t there even though it was. He then got in my face to try and intimidate me and told me to come back at 3! How do I report him to the chain?
