I went to the store when I need few things for my apartment I think I can get in Next . Unfortunately I could not get anything because the young girl at the till on the ground so impolite , I think staff need to go to training before service for customer. The store filthy and messy . Not recommend this store
I went into Next a few weeks ago asking about blinds for my kitchen and didn't really know where to begin, I spoke to the lady called Charlie who went above and beyond to help me and was so lovely! Thank you! X
Good clothing, reasonable price
I like the store, but when I went to try clothing on the changing rooms were filthy...i mean really dirty, I would not take my boots off to stand on the floor. This was AM so if cleaners were doing a proper job they should be clean this was really bad and not possible for it to be 1 days dirt. Lost sales as I would not get changed there. Sorry to do this but clean it up please.
