   Girls working today (30/6/25) around 12:20pm stood giggling while they watched me stand at the till today with items and didn’t come to serve me ? So I had to walk up to them with the items and actually have to say the words “can I please buy this now” - don’t even know why I bothered buying- the second hand embarrassment I have for these girls but pressure got to me - pathetic staff.

   My daughter bought a top from here it was small, so returned it the nxt day to ask for a bigger size, but they wldnt exchange it so I ended up buying the same top again in a bigger size so now I'm stuck with a spare top .I wld say just be careful before you buy here definitely try on before hand, or just avoid it's not the best quality clothes if I'm being honest.

   Was not told if returning you need a box! I purchased the shoes and did not take the box, and when returning i was told no because they had no box!!!! I was not made aware of rhis at time of purcahse. Absolutely ridiculous dont waste your time or money in this place! Disgusting customer service wont be back and definitely wont recommend. If i could leave zero stars i would!!!

   Don't purchase sale items. All sale items are defective one. I recently bought a sandal which was on sale. And when I wore it for the first time there was some noise coming from it while walking. I went to store to replace this as this was defective piece. They agreed that yes this one is the defective piece but said we can't exchange this as this was on sale.

   Don’t do cash refunds.. apparently says on receipt (who reads small print of a receipt) and bit late as item is already bought. Small Notice on wall (opposite direction from till) deliberately placed in the most un-noticeable place..
