A great experience, although the shop did not have my size the staffed were very helpful. Asking me what shoe I was searching after before making use of appropriate sizes available in other shoes to test my fit. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Staff were so knowledgeable and supportive. We popped in to buy our son his first 'proper' running shoes. One very happy lad now.
Myself and my sister visited on Saturday morning for a gait analysis. I didn’t catch the colleague’s name but he was very patient and informative. He gave us plenty of options and helped us find the best pair. He showed us various colour ways online with the option of ordering in. We left to think about it and decided to go with the shoes/colour we tried in store. I rang the store today and spoke to Jenny, who was so friendly. Jenny and her colleague had the shoes ready for me to collect when I arrived and they were so patient even though I arrived at closing time. Super customer service on both days. I will definitely recommend! ⭐️
I decided to visit Pure Running today (Saturday morning 19th July 2025) after reading the reviews and on a recommendation of a friend, so my expectations were high!!!! Unfortunately the customer services did not play out this way, on arrival x3 sales assistants just sat drinking coffee or playing on their phones and just looked through me and didn't even acknowledge my presence. The only thing I can praise is the young lad serving x2 customers at once (he was very polite and professional) I have worked in customer services for 15 years and I know how to treat customers and promote the business. I know everyone is entitled to a break but the shop was practically just opened and x3 employees did not even address a customer whilst a young sales assistant was dealing with x2 customers at the same time. I will never in any form promote this shop simply on the grounds of its unprofessional sales assistants and their attitude. Extremely disappointed Robert Ian Crothers

Great store. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they spend time explaining product differences. Plan to spend a few minutes finding a parking spot!
Staff couldn’t really be bothered speaking to me when I came in looking for trainers, felt like I was an inconvenience when asking to try things on. Eventually decided on a pair but they didn’t have them in, in the size or colour I wanted so said they would order them in for me and took my details, still waiting nearly a month later regarding them and have since ordered the same trainers myself online, which took no more than 3 days to arrive. Will shop elsewhere in future.
Brendon is an excellent staff member really knows his stuff on what type of shoe I needed. Really took an interest on what issues I had been facing with my running and brought out a selection of shoes for me to try. Love the pair I got and can't wait to get out running in them!
Great shop in Belfast for buying running shoes and clothing. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and allow you to take the time to choose the most suitable running shoe.
I've heard alot of positive things about this store so popped in as I'm training for a race. The staff were so very helpful, knowledgeable and interested in what I was doing. We tried on a few different pairs of trainers as the assistant listened to what I was doing/planning to do so suggested highly cushioned and light trainers. It was a great shopping experience. In future I will never buy trainers online again and instead come in and see an expert and be fitted for my needs as well as my comfort!
