The shelfs always seem to be very well stocked when I use this B&Q. Its a relative small shop, good size carpark. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product ranges. Busy on tbe weekends. Outside they do have a small garden centre with variants, fencing..

Have been in your store at Eastwood three times this morning 16/7/2025 Excellent service received from Stacey, Tony and Kellie. Helped a pensioner find items,pay and load car. All three polite and a credit to your company.

The staff are great but there's not enough of them. Is really frustrating, but not the fault of the individual on duty. Hope they get better support.

Bought the wrong sealant today so returned it and they straight away gave me the right one. The customer services girl was brilliant so helpful and friendly. I do wish that stores the size of this one could put a couple of garden seats around the place. They would be so welcome to someone like me who wouldn't be able to walk around a third before my legs would stop me. A few minutes resting would help and then the rest would 'hackable'.
Had a great shop here, very friendly staff and this branch has a huge range of items unlike some smaller stores. Great outdoor section with numerous garden furniture, plants, trees, shrubs and bushes.
