We were looked after by Ciaran in the Sprucefield branch and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely listened to what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s not often you meet someone who goes above and beyond, but Ciaran certainly did.

Went in to buy an integrated dishwasher and, although there weren't many customers in the shop, it was around 20 minutes before I could find a member of staff willing to help.
Ordered the dishwasher and paid for it to be installed and the old one recycled.
The next week, 2 men came out, removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one. When they called me to the kitchen to let me see it, it was already in a wash cycle. It looked fine and was obviously working, so off they went.
Later, when the dishwasher had run it's wash cycle, I discovered that the door wouldn't fully open - it was catching on the kickboard and only opened halfway. I dont know how the men who installed it didn't notice that - I have my suspicions that they did know, which is why they turned it on before asking me to come look at it - because I would have opened the door and noticed it didn't open!
I phoned Currys and explained the problem, and they said they'd book me in for a service and someone would be out to fix it.
A week later, a man comes out only to tell me that it's "remedial work" to cut the kickboard and he doesn't do that. I asked why he was there then because I had explained the problem on the phone. He couldn't answer my question, and also couldn't solve my issue.
So now I'm left with a dishwasher that only half opens, and I've to pay someone else to come out and cut my kickboard.

I was looking at fridge freezers and this store was so good for having a lot of variety to look at- many width/height options and lots of different brands. This store at Sprucefield is good at displaying the details of the fridge eg measurements, 70/30, 50/50 ratio of fridge to freezer etc, on the appliances.
I was able to make a choice to purchase the fridge freezer I wanted- perfect!

I will never be back in this store again - not only after today’s visit but previous visits when I said the same thing but each time I thought the staff were having a bad day and would give them another chance!! It’s a running joke in our house about Curry’s customer service in Sprucefield. I approached 3 members of staff who were standing talking to each other (2 of them resting against the counters and looking at me as if to say - what do you want?), I told them that I couldn’t order online. One person said “Is it tumble dryers?”….. No! They told me to go to a man who was at the front desk dealing with another customer who would deal with me when he was finished with that customer. After someone else jumped the queue, I had to wait some more. The man asked if I was being seen to and I told him that I was sent over by another member of staff - who just happened to chirp in at the same time and say this lady needs help with purchasing some products. (Did you think he was going to help me by the power of thought??)You then proceeded to have words with the guy at the till blaming him for 2 customers walking out (which I’m not surprised by) What were you and your other 2 staff mates doing?? Could you not have dealt with them seeing that you watched them walk out! The guy at the till was serving someone already but it was ok to blame him for your lack of enthusiasm. And then when I was dealt with I was told I needed the product numbers to narrow down the search even after I said I knew the name of the products and the price. So I said, that’s ok, I’ll go away and find somewhere with WiFi to take screenshots - will that help? He said yes!! What a joke! Why don’t I take you all by the hand and do your jobs for you. An absolute disgrace treating customers that way and I can categorically say that I will never step through the doors of Currys in Sprucefield. If you want to retaliate - just look at the CCTV footage in store to see the service that I was given. I’m sure it would make for interesting viewing.

Do not shop here if you want any customer service.
We went to the store intent on purchasing a printer, and were told that this was the store with the best selection. We arrived at 7:30, 30 minutes before closing time, but were told by a member of management that all the staff were busy and that we wouldn’t see a member of staff before closing time so we would be better leaving and coming back another day. Being in full time employment, evenings are the only time we can shop in store. I always like to shop in local stores rather than use online suppliers, but customer service like this will force me to reconsider in the future.

Customer service was an
awful experience today. We received a voucher 3th February that we should have got 15th December.The voucher was to be paid into my account as part payment for a TV we purchased in December. That was the deal. But customer service had other ideas. " Purchase the TV today and they would deduct the voucher from the invoice ". We purchased a top of range £1700 TV paid in full. The voucher was £1000. Is there something we're missing here? We left bewildered, with the voucher.

Seldom leave a negative review but I called here on Tuesday after being unsuccessful in getting a member of staff free on Sunday. There was a gent who was already waiting and after 20 minutes a staff member appeared. She served the gent and I stood beside the desk (at the washing machines) where they were both sitting. When she finished she totally ignored me and served another couple!! I went to another staff member and asked if someone could help (i had been in the store 40 minutes), she wandered off and came back and said no. I said that the other girl had completely ignored me and that the service was appalling to which she replied 'whatever' and shrugged her shoulders. You lost the sale of a washing machine and a microwave. I'll not be back!!

I have made a lot of purchases from currys in the past and likely will continue to as where else do you go for Tech. Problem is they have very little stock in store. I went to get a camera and there were next to none in stock
Staff where very helpful and did their best to try and help. Even recommending other stores where I could get one which I did and was successful so 5 stars to the staff but poor to the store
