    15 minute wait to collect a small roll of wire. They couldn't find it despite the message that it was ready to collect. That suggests a collection system which is dysfunctional and needs review. Longest collection wait I have ever had.

    Would get 5 stars if the blonde haired female manager was sacked. Been in twice now when she's been there if she smiled her face would crack not very good with customers at all so Is definitely not in the right job. Everything seemed an effort for her made me feel uncomfortable. I'll continue to shop in the lisburn branch as long as she doesn't come near me. Feel sorry for the other staff working around that.

    Called in to purchase fillers, Was only two of us in the shop and still had to wait 10 minutes to be served, Screwfix needs better customer service, As when your doing a job as the saying goes time is money, Even if you order online you could still be standing about for ages waiting to be served for your collection.

Staff will help you with product if necessary but their app and Wendy make it easy to select your product and check in store stock. If not in stock they will usually have it in the next few days, and all available in branch or through the simple online ordering process.
